Family Petitions
If you are a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, you may be able to petition for certain family members (such as a child, parent, or spouse) using a form called the “I-130.” After USCIS approves the I-130 petition, additional steps will be required in order for your loved one to gain permanent lawful status. Our office can assist you with the I-130 family petition and all subsequent steps.
